Are bread sales toast?
News this week revealed that bread sales are plummeting as the public is turning away from carbs and gluten in an attempt to eat more healthily.
In recent years, some weight-loss diets have warned against eating carbohydrates, which has hit sales of bread hard. Thankfully at Slimming World, we know that carbohydrates are an essential part of a healthy, well-rounded diet.
